Will my data be safe?
All of our schools’ data is held in the UK on our super-fast dedicated servers. These are protected by dual firewalls and are located in a secure Data Centre, with off-site backups.
Is mySchoolApp GDPR compliant?
Yes. But we don’t stop there, as we are constantly reviewing our processes to ensure we are meeting or exceeding the guidelines provided by the ICO. Sentio Media is registered with GDPR in Schools (https://www.gdpr.school/)
Is this approved for use by SRSCMAT schools?
Two SRSCMAT schools are already using mySchoolApp. Our data security and DPA have already been assessed and approved by the Trust's compliance dept.
Do you offer support?
We have a full support website for school admins and parents available 24/7. This is backed up with a ticket-based email support service. And during office hours we’re always happy to help out, on the phone.
Is there a limit to the number of messages I can send per month?
No, app messaging is unlimited. However you need to be aware of not overloading parents. That’s why we have group messaging, so every message received is relevant to each parent.
